This is my first grow. I cut a branch to see how ripe it is now and found this (see photo). Am I in trouble, are these male pollen sacs?

No those singular ones down low are female parts too, it’s called a bract or often referred to as a calyx.. you’re good

Is she further along then six weeks?Is my girl growing to fast? I look around at diaries and it seems my plant is starting early flowering. I am counting day seed breaks surface as start. Small holes, yellow border, new young leaves, Fungi?What could this be, and how can I treat it? Been very Humid the past 3 Weeks. Rainfall increased too in South Germany. Treated it with Neem Oel.
