So as GreenHarvest mentions, it could definitely be calcium deficiency, but the spots look a bit off.
I can see in your diary that your leaves are wet, really try and avoid getting any of your feeding water on the plant itself as that can cause damage.
However overall when growing in coco you will need to feed micro and macro nutrients properly with each watering as the medium doesn’t have anything in it. I use Plagrons bottled coco line for example as you can see in my diaries.
You should also add calmag with every feeding, as the coco will “steal” calcium so there need to be enough to satisfy both the coco and be left over by the plant.
I actually ran into some early calcium issues shown by some leaf mutations, but that was fixed with a watering of only calmag water instead of their regular feed.
