Buds for PTSD

My friend has chronic ptsd. They hadn't smoked for over 10yrs until this happened, now cannabis is the only thing that helps.
I would like recommendations of any indica strain that would potentially benefit them more & is easy for my friends 1st grow please ?

Before my answer:
Indica/Sativa/Afganica etc is more about marketing cause breeders are mixing that a lot so you're not able to clear out what exactly it is. Remember 70's, when strains was mixed randomly. It was even reminded in Jorge Cervantes book.
From medical perspective your decision is max CBD, low or almost zero THC, so I don't agree with Do-Si-Dos, Pineapple Express and so on.
CBD Auto 20:1 or something like that would be fine.
I strongly suggest you to avoid high THC-strains to person with active PTSD

The person in question has sustained multiple injuries, which still cause considerable pain.
They need something to help with both mind & body.

Indicas are more body pain relief mate imo. Sativas are more head high. I've got schizophrenia, so I use it medically also. For an easy grow, just advise him to get a good setup and he'll grow good weed.

I don't know why u asking for Indica.. check sativa maybe will help better
like Pineapple Express, Blue Dream and Moby Dick they give happy thoughts wont think about the problems .. for me personally i chose sativa any times helps with my problems if i smoke Indica for me everything is getting worst is just my opinion

65% humidity in growing room.My tent is setled in a garagebox with humidity +-65 %. I did remove the lower leaves to improve air Flow. Also the scrog should give more air Flow. Inside the tent i have a little machine to decrease the humidity. Is this enough? Buds growing in 65% humidity is doomed?Week 7

When to harvest? and general opinion on the buds :)I have two automatic gorilla cookie flowers. One of them is more advanced in terms of the flowering stage and I'm not sure when I should cut it.
It is currently about three weeks in bloom but I do not have a microscope to check the trichomes. I will only have it in two weeks.

Low yield on auto flowersI know I impacted my yield due to stunting the autos but it did look like a lot of bud even after drying. But my buds are not dense and only got 37 grams from one purple kush. What can I do to get more dense buds. I still have 5 other plants in flower. I got white ash.

All newborn leaves are turning too much yellowAll newborn leaves are too much yellow. Do you have any idea what problem could be? 7-10 days ago turned to 12/12 for bloom phase. I think its light burn, BUT even lower newborn leaves are yellow.
