Should I defoliate more aggresively?

LST Defo = This?It's my first time doing LST and defoliation. And even after many years growing outdoors and reading so much, still would like to hear second opinions to make sure I'm doing it 'right'. She's fed right after training and defoliation to help recover. Opinions? Thanks

hello, i have problem with one plant. it keeps droping leaves every day, and when i give her watter, the next day in the morning it is ok again. than on the afternoon, leaves are down again. i doubt she needs that much watter. the soil is wet. will post picture in album

plucking leaves at day 43 flower, opinions?do u guys think I should defoliate slightly? I mean can't change the fact that it is leafy aF, but I am kinda worried about leaves sweating on eachother, . thinking bout plucking some of the upper yellow leaves, got plenty healthy ones below.a few each day or so

Schwazzing sativas? Yes or No?Does it makes sense to defoliate (schwazzing) sativas before switching to 12/12? I have done it in former grows (indicas and hybrids) successfull but i dont have expirience with 100% sativa strains. Thanks for every advice! :D

Two days ago I spilled a small amount of pollen while removing a few bananas (spilled a little on a low, stripped branch. I quickly cleaned the area and sprayed with mighty wash. Also cut off the minor cola that possessed them. Pistils are still all white. Am I safe? Thanks
