Hello all! This plant looks mature and I have a microscope but the thing is I thing it has over ripened and, some trichomes fell off? my trichomes never turned MILKY OR WHITE. Some of them are amber tho. Should I harvest? I smoked the main cola it seems like it works

That's very odd that they didn't go milky at all. Maybe it's the way you are viewing them? Lighting can sometimes make milky and clear trichs look similar. If you are seeing a fair bit of amber then I would go ahead and harvest. The buds look nice and full and dense so they seem mature to me. The longer you let it go the more sleepy the high will be. If you like how the tester smoked then pull and dry it now. If you what you tried didn't give you enough of that couchlock body high then let em go a bit longer.

Bud sites look pretty mature to me, harvest in my opinion is always up to you on what type of high you are looking for. The more Amber trichs you have, the stronger your high but you don't want to many.i prefer 10-20% on most my strains. I would say if you've sampled the product and like the high then flush her for a few days- week and then chop her down. Your trichs should be mostly milky at this stage of growth but they can be hard to view depending on your scope. Hope this helps. Happy growing!
