Ok this is how im watering. Showing example on the dead empty cup but this is how much i water when the soil is dry. And yeah you all confirmed what i worried.. thank you for the consistency i have lightened up on them.

Everyone said i was overwatering when I did this 3x a day to dry soil... so i lightened up to this. so youre saying what I figured then... just pour the correct amount around and down and let it wander for a couple days? makes sense that i havent had any run off water yet.

That is how you water a seed, your plant is entering veg u will need more like 500ml

That’s not a watering man. Those 3-4 sprays were probably like a total of 10-15 mL.
