When to start counting the weeks of flowering

I’ll just say all breeders are referencing the flower time on photoperiods as the days or weeks from the flip to 12/12. Most growers seem to count from then as well. Just be consistent in what you choose. Dunno why youd randomly decide by your mood what method you choose lol

I start when I switch the light. You answered your own question. The plants get done when they are done. Charts are usually perfect conditions grows, and I think they push them up for marketing purposes. Without strong regulation on these companies they can stretch the truth at times is my opinion.

I class it as the day I switch to 12/12 but I add about 2 weeks to the total breeder time before I harvest because it usually takes around 2 weeks for the plant to transition into flower.

Flowering starts as soon as the lights cycle changes to 12/12. It is important that you get this correct or you could find yourself harvesting too early or too late.

I tend to think that Day 1 of flower is when the very first sign of sex is revealed. I also think that Day 1 could be when switched to 12/12. I like Stork's comment. Depends on the mood.
