My light is an LED sitting around 8.66inch (22cm) above my plants. The light is cool and no excess heat is reaching the plants, but is this still too low?

Does not seem like it. When the light is too close, the leaves, will curl upward and yours look fine.

Sorry to ask For the second time , do i need to defoliate this girls or no ?In days we have %25 humidity in nights its like %40-%48 humidity Do i need to defoliate or lollipoping?
