My light is an LED sitting around 8.66inch (22cm) above my plants. The light is cool and no excess heat is reaching the plants, but is this still too low?

Does not seem like it. When the light is too close, the leaves, will curl upward and yours look fine.

LED or HID? You have stated HID at the top but are asking about LED.

What power is the LED? Height above the plant depends on the power of the lamp

I've gone and done some LST to my plants, you can see it pictured above.
Have I gone over the top with it and was it a bit late in starting? I'm also now thinking of lowering my 600w LED from 60 to 50/45cm for the now LSTed branches. Worth it?

LSD Auto - Defoliation in veg?I'm defoliating progressively the plant, this means that I remove a fan leave or two after LST. 4 in total until now, to increase the light exposure in the buds. ? for experienced growers. 2 lights running. Plant genetics aside my Hortilux bulb may be causing stretch (more than I want). Node spacing is more than 2x's when compared to Ultrasun bulb and the Hortilux has my ladies tall. How far is to far for node spacing? Advice?Week 6

Can I have too much light in my tent?
I have 3 600w dual spectrum hID in my 2.4 mtr tent
My temps are fine , 30 inches between bulb and plant top , but one of my plants has started to foxtail a bit ( like a crown )
I know people with 2 gavitas ( 2k watts) without this issue,Week 13
