it's not a question of spectrum with this light because of the white light, so it's just intensity and little seedlings can get stressed from too much light - best to avoid that and slowly increase the light intensity. Hope this helps ! 🚀

I always slowly increase my light.
First weeks when the plants are seedlings I don’t give them to much light. Seedlings don’t need much light and they can get light stress.
When they are 3 a 4 weeks I slowly increase the light.

I’d leave it on 50% during veg. Then switch to 100% for flower. Good luck!
