it's not a question of spectrum with this light because of the white light, so it's just intensity and little seedlings can get stressed from too much light - best to avoid that and slowly increase the light intensity. Hope this helps ! 🚀

I always slowly increase my light. First weeks when the plants are seedlings I don’t give them to much light. Seedlings don’t need much light and they can get light stress. When they are 3 a 4 weeks I slowly increase the light. Good luck

I’d leave it on 50% during veg. Then switch to 100% for flower. Good luck!

Is there any way I can prolong the veg stage to allow the pant to get a bit bigger. I was thinking if I topped her she will be forced to put out new growth but I have no idea if this is possible with auto flowers. Could this be detrimental to the plant? What should I do?

I have a question regarding my feeding methods, the plants are currently in flower period and I'm using Canna Terra Flores to feed them. The plants recieve about 2-3 ml of this product a day. But is this enough? Should I give more? Will the buds increase in size if I do? Thanks!

Germinated seed and put it in the rockwool hole. I covered the hole with a little rockwool to be safe. Is this ok? I was not sure how much space should be between the basket cup and the water. I've read leave a few inches, but seen photos of the basket in water a little?

Autoflower defoliation question Did some defoliation at the bottoms of the plants to help lower humidity, did I do enough or do too much? Also should I trim some of the skinny branches and pinch out popcorn buds? I will wait until next week to do that if I do so they can recover from the defoliation
