Hi @Sn1peR_420! I'm afraid that your old container (coco-pot) will make transplantation hard and risky. Considering you're growing autoflowering strains, I would not take the risk to remove the old container, chances to hurt the rootmass are high. Just plant that container into a bigger one, give it a good watering (outside container) to encourage roots to spread, and you'll see how this goes after a few days. A 10L container should suffice for your autos, I would have recommended 20L in case of a regular strain. Hope this will help, keep us updated and happy growing! 👊

Just plant that coco pot you don’t want to run the risk of root damage. When there lots of air present there’s tons of little feeder roots

Hi! I'd use smaller one. And also better to transplant. Carefully press your plant from the bottom of old pot with your fingers and once out you can open up that rootball just a little bit and carefully to help it grow new roots straight to new soil. Gets to know her new home more quickly. Happy growing!

Either size will work, but 10 gallons would be better. I would remove the smaller pot. You can use a butter knife or razor to go around the edge slowly, easing the fabric off the roots. Flip upside down and gently peel the bottom off and transplant her. Happy growing 🍀💪💪
