Only through doing hard grows will you push your knowledge by figuring out fixers and so on.
She's stunted alright. But even so. Her growth should of kept moving her on
I can see the issue of overwatering/drowning roots.
I wouldn't even go as far as feeding her everyday. Water or nutrients. Every 2 days a feed either are water or base nutrient feed. Water feeds you can mix you root stims/enzymes or even make them low calmag feeds. The enzyme feeds will act as water backups and increase said uptake of follow up flush.
You sound be seeing dry soil. If you push your finger in, it will feel damp. Then you can refeed.. but as she's so young. Id make the feeds small. Pour at points on your sub. Don't soak the whole surface. As when your soil starts its drying in. O2/co2 is getting drawn into your pot. Doing pour points will help with this also.
