When checking trichomes look in the centre of your flower - not the top. The tops ripen faster - get a good average from the centre / middle of the flower. As for when, trichomes have to be atleast milky in the middle of the flower - clear = no THC, milky = THC peak, Amber = THC degrading. The thing is the flowers dont all ripen the same time - look over all/most of your flowers to get an average of where she is at. I harvest when i have about 10% - 30% Amber. The more Amber the more couch lock / body stone you'll get. Good luck, hope this helps.

The most accurate way to tell when the weed is the most potent for harvest is to look at the trichomes. You can buy a 60x-100x pocket microscope to look at the trichomes. You can get one from 10 dollars or so. When most of the trichomes are cloudy and 10% is a brownish amber color it is time to harvest. The other method is to look at the pistils. When 80% is brown it is time to harvest. But this method is way less accurate then looking at the trichomes but it is the second best method. Enjou your harvest buddy!

3-4 weeks but it really depends onthe genetics. you have a long way to go, yet. don't start counting the days unless you want to be frustrated by it.

Ideally, you'd want to wait until the trichomes have started turning from being all cloudy to some being amber... But you'd need to take a MUCH closer look at them (grab a jeweler's loupe or a microscope or zoom your camera in as much as possible and then zoom in on the resulting pic). Pistils turning brown is also a good indicator (some trichs don't turn amber!)... but from your pics here, they're still all white which is amazing given this is an auto... at least I think it is. Look also for your plant to start to fade - the green leaves will start to "fade" to yellow or some yummy autumn colors... If this is a photoperiod, you could have 3 or more weeks left so don't jump the gun and harvest too early! Good luck!
