i'd guess you are at about 6 weeks of flower? 8-9 weeks should do it. you have plumping to go, then a bit more for trichomes to ripen.
the advertised flower time and such are bogus, often. Some sources care to be more accurate than others. Sometimes it's just genetic variation that no one can predict consistently.
trichomes - % amber
pistil - coloration
density of buds.
use all three metrics to more consistently harvest at your preferred point of development. try different amounts of amber to see what you prefer.
development is not always at teh same pace in exactly teh same way. i've seen some ripen very fast at end despite seemingly slow development up to that point. shit happens. just observe and react.. don't have and predetermined feelings or thoughts on it.
