Californian Lightworks Solar System 275 settings for vegetation?

Hi, I am gearing up for the Dutch summer run. Got several autoflower strains. Friend of mine borrowed a Californian Lightworks Solar System 275 to do indoor vegetation growing. Anyone can help with perfect settings? How much red, blue and white? 24 hours light constant cycle? Thx

I would run 18/6 light cycle. You want full spectrum lights. Happy growing

Slow indoor seedling growth 4 days since sprout, issues with light timer, seedlings ended up getting 48 hrs of light after they sprouted, and this AM I found that the timer did not turn the light back on so it got 11 hours of dark last night instead of 6. Could this be detrimental to seedling?
