Lamp to plant distance for marshydro TS1000

Thanks growmies for all y'all experience with the TS1000 These marshydro lamps are amazing . They do what they say 💯

I use a ts1000 and I keep it around 8"-12" from top of canopy at 100% and I have had one heat issue on a really hot day. Just keep good airflow and you should be fine . I am impressed on how well this led works in veg and flower .

Thnaks @hashy Yeah for the Mars hydro TS1000 it sayed 18 inches Dimmer 75% in veg .And 13 to 18 inch dimmer 90% to 100% in flower

Oké thanks for you suggestions @InspireMe Yeah this Morning i had turn lights off for his 12 hours of . And probably will prop the light up to 16 to 18 inch and dimmer on 86 ish . I have not seen any things that whas worrysom but better be safe then to late . My leaf standing tall so there def not droopy . And we also not have same light so its difficult to compare . The closest I go in flower is 12 inch away. With the light at about 100% usually I'm probably closer to 18 inch away.

Hey mate, yes that's wayyy too close. Your going to fry them. I'm a little ahead of you and wont be giving my girls that kind of ppfd. I'd recommend moving the light to 18 inches, if not a little higher when it's on 100%. Giving too much light will just stress them and make them grow slowly. You want to gradually increase the amount of light and pay attention to what your plants leaves are doing. Go check on them an hour before lights out, if the leaves are still pointing up then you're not giving too much light. But if they have dropped then it's a little too much. The earlier the leaves drop will tell you how much over you are giving. Hope this helps 🙂
