She seems to be a dud. Plus 6 foot in a 3 gallon container isn't ideal for the roots. She could be totally root bound. Plants need to grow new roots while their in flower.

This is not an autoflower. You need to switch to 12/12
I know that you said that you've tried this already but that period was too short to trigger the flowering or it was not completely dark inside your dark room!
