LED newbie! Where do I start?

Hi all, I want to move to LEDs to save power, but i have no idea where to start! For flower I currently use 8x400W for 4 weeks then up to 600W for the remainder of the cycle. Can anybody recommend an LED light and how many would do the same job in a 4x2metre tent? thanks guys!

Salut gars, ben pour répondre à ta question ben ça dépend de ton budget déjà ... Parce que personnellement lunatek Zeus 600w Pro2.9. Ou tu peut aller chez mars hydro les smart FC .
Et 1 seul de c'est lampe suffit pour ta box .

what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours. I managed to fix the issue, but I'm not sure how to count the flowering period. The plant had shown some differentiation, a few pistils, and a bit of stretching. What do you think?
