Given all the advice, I’ve now started feeding every day with run off every other. The nutrient brand says you need to flush every 2 or 3 so I’m confused. Also I was day feed dry feed so I’m surprised their still alive with no actual proper schedule , frustration arrf

Flushing everyday means follow up water feeds is all. Not flushing Coco (needs weekly flushes to check plant progress ie food intake by ec level check, and ph from run-off also used to check EC) Soil. You do not flush. Run off is fine. But, its best the plant sits in it and it'll suck it back up within an hr. If there's still some left after that. You've fed too much. Just pour small. If under she'll run water out her end. Wait 20M and refeed with plain water. Soil. Depending if its organic r synthetic feed, water, water, feed, water, water, feed (with the water you can use them as your micro feeds + calmag just make sure the Core NPK is kept simple and as stated above.
