Gold is mostly inert and will not cause many if any chemical reactions internally in the GI track. but it does not mean the body will tolerate it inhalation wise. Lotta things are pointing to nano particles for long term health issues, its why they are phasing out smaller particle sizes of things as they are collecting inside us.
