All in all a great start. Planted from seed in compost (Jacks Magic with seaweed) sprouted in 4 days. I noticed some vivid purple on the leaves which turned out to be I had forgotten to turn the timer on the lights so they received 24 hour light during week 1. I Won't be using nutrients during veg as they are autos the seaweed in the soil will last the few weeks its in veg.

Week 2. Day 1 The plants adjusted to 18/6 very well with the first set of leaves doubling in 24hI have increased the heater schedule as the days/night are colder Day 2 All adjusted well and the Girl scout is also sprouting. Is it strange that the deformed one is my fav 😂 Day 4 Conditions seem perfect, The Girl Scout is really struggling to shed its shell :( and my fav is no longer a mutant. Day 6 Everything is coming together well. the girl scout still has not shed its shell so I will be putting a dome over to moisten it up and then surgically remove it.

Had a similar problem in my last grow. Try to spray it with water lika Justa_Retard said. If that does not do the trick try to CAREFULLY remove it with tweezers. Good luck!

Day 1. WOW left them alone for 2 days and they have tripled in size. Very happy girls. The Girl Scout cookies are finally shedding its shell added a dome to aid the process Day 2. Another day of excellent growth. all plants canopy are 30cm so increased distance of the lights to encourage more vertical growth. Day 4. Another good day all plants have multiple nodes. I have started the training today and this is my first try so if it looks wrong please tell me. Discovered my lights are only 140w each actual so have 2 more on the way to total 570w Day 6. Plants a little droopy and sad as I have to remove them from the main lights during tent construction but are now in their new home.

Nothing to worry about. Once they start dying that's your signal it's time to add nutrients. I mention this because it looks like you may be using nutes early? Either way, just pay attention to the cotyledons and once the tips start yellowing or dying, then begin feeding nutes. This will work even if you only have a single cotyledon. The deformity shouldnt really affect your baby much in the end so no worries.

Really impossible to know for sure at this point. They are your first leaves which are often strange and awkward, so it could just be that. Could be the start of overwatering too. I wouldn't change anything unless you notice a progression of symptoms.

So LST is not simply bending over the plant, while that can kinda work in a pinch. Both good LST and scrog technique is about horizontal distribution and vertical equalization. What this means is that your goal is to provide equal light to all parts of the plant. To do so, you try to spread the foliage out so that looking down you can see all parts of the plant fairly equally, and then looking from the side, the lower sections should be brought up, and the taller sections should be brought down so each part of the plant is getting hit with light as equally as possible.

In a few days, I will be putting these into a 4ftx4ft grow tent. Im a little concerned as my Lights say 1000w but on further research, it says actual wattage 140. does this mean I only have 280w and is that going to be enough?

That's not going to be enough for that size tent for a 4x4 you'll need 500-650 actual wattage to get good growth out of your plants. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember " Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time ".

Day 1. Added the new lights and raised there height to 75cm to control the heat Day 2. Reset training for more exposure. raised lights to 1m due to heat. the girl scout is well weak, to say the least. noticed large fan leaves drooping a little Day 3. Not sure if the training is working but the girls look very happy Day 4. Noticed some yellowing of random leaves and some smaller ones seem a little shrivelled keeping a close eye on this Day 5. Treated with neem oil due to damaged leaves. I accidentally snapped a small branch during LST as plants are about to enter the flowering stage. the first dose of nutrients added today ( watering method = if the pots light I'm feeding) Day 6. Neem treatment went well. Soil nutrients have gone so started with the bloom as they are about to enter flowering. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY the girl scout is growing finally

Day 1. No signs of flower yet but good growth and the girl scout is finally growing well. Day 2. FLOWERING :D Checked on the girls early evening to find they are now drinking 1lt per day and had amazing growth overnight. As I was doing some more training I noticed my first pistils. I will raise the lights tomorrow by about 40% to encourage the flower stretch Day 3. Raised the lights to encourage growth. Day 4. No access missed feeding 😭 Day 5. Plants look sad due to missing a feed also noticed discolouration on 1 leaf Day 6. Plants have bounced back and looking good. the discolouration has spread from one leaf to a few so almost certain its a mag deficiency. Day 7. Very happy today good stretch. Flushed the plant with the mag deficiency to make sure it's not locked and the CalMag arrives tomorrow

Heya! Yessir looks like the start of a mag deficiency. If you flush the plants might be worth checking run off ppm if you have a ppm/tds meter. pH is good, I would hit with a little calmag (which you have ordered) or you can always use epsom salts have you ever run out in the future if you wish. Since you're using soil only use the calmag when needed, you won't need it every water like coco feeding. Cheers and goodluck!

Day 1. Another day of good growth, about 4 inches. Fed the one suffering plant with calmag. Day 2. Opened the tent today to the most amazing smell. the girls are getting big now and all look health. Day 3. Unwell so unable to go to the grow today but the humidity has been high the last few days and they were fed yesterday so they are fine. need to buy a dehumidifier and Ona gel this week. Day 4. The girls are getting really big now and in full flower. one is struggling with rust spots will feed more calmag. Day 5. The mag issue seems to be settling down and the plants are massive maybe a little to big. Day 7. They seem very happy today I got lucky and the rest of the plants and main stems have all caught up. Flower stretch has 1 day left.

Hello I've been able to grow plants no closer than 10-12 inches from the light with no negative effects. When i got closer to the 6-8 inch range that was hard. So 35cm could be doable. The other suggestion would be to super crop the tallest branches, it's not as intense as it might seem but very effective, as long as you're gentle and take it slow with the pinch and bend, then just make sure they're secure and supported.👍

Sad day today 24h after the light issue and I have one hermie fingers crossed its just the one. Day 5. Left the plant that looked hermied for 24h and its defo a hermie. broke my heart pulling her out before cutting her down :( the rest are still female thank god. Day 6. The remaining girls look ok now producing large amounts of THC and loads of bud site growing Day 7. Lower fan leaves turning yellow. 4 days after finding the hermie the rest are all good no pollination thank go

yes this process is normal in a plants life, the plant using the energy up in these leaves, in turn they turn yellow and start to die off. yes you can pick them off as they are no use to the plant any more, you are right on track and soon you will be on track to your harvest. happy growing you did a great job on this one.

If you are flushing, that isn't nute burn. When you take all the nutrients out of the soil, the plant will start using everything it has stored in the leaves in order to keep itself alive. That is why you are seeing yellow color develop. Happy growing.

Seems normal. Mid to late flower leaves will naturally start to yellow and die off as the plant gets closer to harvest. At this point, the plant is focusing on the buds, and will actually use the leaves to suck out any remaining nutrients in them. Judging from your pics, it looks mostly like it's older fan leaves more in the middle and bottom of the plant, so again, totally natural. As long as the yellowing isn't rapidly rising up your plants and the newer growth at the top is still a nice green, you're good to go. Hope this helps. Cheers!

You really want total darkness for drying. Also temps in the tent with the light on would most likely be too high for ideal drying. You want to be about 68-70 degrees for drying with 55-60% humidity. Happy growing.

Hey friend, it looks like they are done to me.But you have to make sure.I already answer in one of your questions. The buds are fully ripen means the leaves will show deficiencies , yellowish and most of the white pistils become orange. The best method is using 60x microscope and check trichomes colour. If trichomes are mostly milky/cloudy about 80/90 % and fill with some amber colour. That’s the best time for you to harvest.Happy Growing...

Not the best harvest due to a 48h power outage during the first few weeks of flower. then the temp dropped below 10C. Did a QWISO to the first trim producing 25% THC once dried and cured I will test for the quantity of the actual bud.
