Its wrong is what it is.
Something in that grow has went off, the plant is fox tailing like mad!
Best to start a dairy and let people know what is going on.
From the pics provided it looks to be female, but I would guess there are going to be some stress nanners in there and maybe even male sacks lower on the plant.

My room is 2m, so with lights and stuff on the ceiling and proper distance to the lights they may reach up to 90cm...
