Yes I had the same problem, go check out my current and only grow. You need to super crop. Super Cropping is the answer here.

90 deg bends on the colas that are to tall will work

Hello friend, try to bend top slowly, massage it first then try to bend and 90 degree angle and fixit in that position with tape or string.... Or just do super cropping, in firs week off flowering it is safe to do so. Just don't wait too long, earlier in flowering is better, girl are gonna to recover fine.

Don’t cut the damn things, come on ppl. Yes supercropping or bending to a 90 is a great idea but explore ways to raise light more if at all possible

Well, not sure what your high situation is with raising your light but if you can raise it do so, if not you can scroog them and use so LST to get them into place, if not super cropping them is the next best thing, which means pinching and rolling the stock and bending them over 90°, this method works well to. other then that your option are limited to raising the light. If you've never done super cropping you can find really informative videos on YouTube which will guide you through it. BEST OF LUCK, KEEP THEM GREEN!!

I think the only way is cut if you cannot rise the light.
