Good evening, I need to get some input from some experienced growers. I am going to be using a mixture of cococior and leca mixture in my hydroponic system, 12-10 gallon buckets with a drip irrigation system and a drain to waste disposal. Gonna be 50/50 coco/leca. Thoughts?

Sounds good! Make sure to only use House & Garden Coco-A&B at 75% strength. :) (no I don't work for them I just like there product.)

I would do more of a 70 coco 30 leca. It is purely for drainage in this case. Too much and you are taking up good rooting space for the plant. Coco is a Hydro set up in a potter. Ph will need to be 5.8 and coco needs to stay wet with heavy irrigation. Just not under a constant stream.

Hello friend Booth mediums are quite different from itch other. I will not go in 50/50 ratio for several reasons. Its better to go 70/30 Coco/leca and use nutrients line for Coco . Perlite is also good option with Coco or Leca.
