Try to use or Ask for money back? Seed from local retailer

I haven't taken my seeds out of the package yet, but was looking at them closer; one has a deformity over the "belly button" of the casing (it doesnt appear to be to be an open crack). Should I ask for my money back or try to use it? Source says it was their last RR when I got it

Reach out to the breeder and ask em what they think and they might offer to send you one if they feel its deformed.
Also call your bank where you got it from and ask them if they think it looks normal.
They might offer some insightful advice.
To me its weird but I would still grow it. if it does not germinate most companies have a germination guarantee.

Si quieres puede devolverla para más seguridad y obtener una semilla con nada raro. O la otra opción es germinar y suprimir el tiempo de espera de la devolución.. creo que no vas a tener problema germina con confianza

I think it should be fine but if you're stressing about it go change it, there are many great strains so experiment a bit and try something else.

Ele mais certo, mandam outra semente, preferem em vez de cliente insatisfeito.
Assim que eles digam que vão mandar outra, já pode germinar.
Ela parece estar com um efeito, mas nada de grave, não parece partida, germina sem problema.

Please help me with stunt seedlingsHaving trouble with two of four plants, growth stunted, no new growth in 2 days. #1 and #2 thriving, #3 and #4 stunted. Can they recover? Using 100% coco medium in 1gal fabric pots, watered with 200ml pH 6.0 water on 02/21 and 02/22. Each plant gets 300 PPFD in 18/6 schedule.
