Defolling dilemma.

Why not let it grow naturally? why stress the plants? :)

I think it's a bit late to defoliate more , you could remove some small buds where light does not reach , but seems you fed them properly , they will be a pain at harvest , but it is what it is 😂

You must clean plants legs around week 3 of flowering. It’s going to be a nightmare to harvest.

A good rule of thumb is after the stretch(day 21 flower) you need to get under the net and remove everything from the branches that will not get direct full light. This is what almost all of us do that use a Scrog system. Check out any of our diaries that use this technique. It will not grow back and go ahead and strip the branches bare!!! But you gotta wait til the plant is done stretching otherwise it will still have vegetative growth. I hope this helps
