i left the autoflower plant inside the sun window for too long so it went into the veg stage in a short amount of time. Definitely also looks like its lacking nutrients or calcium and i put a fan to ! How can i make sure i atleast get buds out of it i have the veg/flowering lamp

First u can't leave a auto flower into the light to long they run off of time not how much light they get persay you can leave the light on for24 hours if u like they can get to hot or it might be to intense for the plant but u can leave auto im the light as long as u like

There is nothing wrong with it. Seems to have indica traits - also the veg time looks super short. The info of more light has a catch, as your dealing with autos. It's more about dli or time of daylight. 90% of auto growers use 18 - 6 . If you think the light is weak , adjust to 20 - 4 . But keep a dark period. And.. what week of flower ? She looks early - week 2 max ? Peace and keep up the grow ! ;D

all you can do is give it light, feed it and adjust to what you see. if new, i'd also read up on proper irrigation methods. could be the cause of the lower leaf damage if roots are constantly wet. i don't see spots, so it's not calcium. find a decent leaf symptom chart with a google image search. based on how the leaves never really progressed beynodn 3-5 fingers, i'd say your balance of feed is off in some way, but not enough info given and that is such a complciated subject with multiple variables at play, so there isn't a one-sized fits-all solution... thouhg a good ratio will require very little adjustment. 7-7-15 with enough ca/mg/s + trace elements. it's all important.. ratio as well as overall concentration. you probably needed more light, not less. light = yield.
