Stationery you direct into wall to create one more rectangular, so wind and tent makes octagon. Thats on ground for roots. Oscillating on top of canopy . It will mix hot from lamp and move tops . Better position both on oposite sides of tent. Tested, works well, but doesnt help for temp. For temperature you need extraction out.

I’m trying different set up, but with 2 fans I have a increase of temp around 1°C, now I’m trying oscillating on top of plants, and stationary direct to lamp, but with his back, in the lateral windows…

In my opinion, the best way for you to lower temperature would be to circulate the air in the tent along with have a exhaust fan. If you use your intake lower to the floor and obviously put your exhaust on the top that'll help keep everything rolling and temperatures down as much as possible. Also making sure the humidity isn't too high. Will allow your AC or whatever you use to cool to be more efficient .If you have higher temperatures make sure your lights are going on night. So you are turning on lights at the coolest time of day to help keep the temperatures lower and night time will be during the Day. I struggled when I first moved my setup from one part of my home to another. I had to increase to a 12,000 BTU AC in my large tent. So keeping your moving cool air so you don't have bad rot. Will be very very keen and let them ladies go. Also, if you would like to freeze going against them I will put it on low indirectly and allow the plants to move slightly a flutter but that's about it. This is my two cents. I hope it helps. The leaves need to just barely jiggle at the least every 10 seconds. Keep in mind too much constant wind/breeze can ruin a plant. I know this because it happened to two of my plants from my first diary. Also try not to go over 84F

moving air around does not cool the area. it mearly makes it an even temp throughout the space. the motor adds heat, if anything. have the oscillating one blowing just over the top of the plants, but close enough that they wiggle a bit -- don't blow your substrate away or knock the plants over. if wind damage occurs, adjust further. have the stationariy one pointed at your light to help dissipate heat. or, have it help create vortex in area with you oscillating fan. extract heat from the tent/ room that it resides to push the heat to another area, to reduce temps or get a portable AC. there's no other way. if the air coing in is warm, even extracting to another area has severe limitations.

I don't think fans or fan direction will get you to where you want to be. If your light has a removable ballast do so and run with the ballast outside the tent. Adjust your timing so your lights-off/rest period is late afternoon to mid evening which is generally the warmest part of the day outdoors. Lots of folks run their plants/tents on night shift. It really does help. Rather than trying to reduce/move around air that has crept too high of a temp seek to prevent it getting that high in the first place.
