Fungus Nats bro. By beneficial nematodes.. they will eat all gnats then cannibalize themselves. Yellow sticky traps will attract and catch and flying around. Higher airflow near the bottom layer of the plant to help dry out the soil. Allow the soil/medium to dryback between waterings to help prevent in the future. Goodluck Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest I would really appreciate your support growmie 🙏 😃

They are fungus gnats. BTi works great, I also love beneficial nematodes. one application and they are gone within a week. Product I used is called pot popers. I break open the tea bag and sprinkel the little pods on the medium of the plants I want to incoulate. The adults will die off easy enough from fans and lights. Sticky traps are not a good solution for eliminating them, but do work wonders as a monitoring tool to see if any are getting in to you grow. Good Luck!

get some bti -- kills larvea of more than just fungus nats or mosuitoes -- big brand is "mosquito bits" or "mosquito dunks" -- doesn't matter as long as active ingredient is Bti -- a bacteria that has safely been applied to our food crops for many decades, maybe over a century at this point. it is safe. sticky traps will help kill the adults. these things will not stay a small issue. they will reproduce quickly. do soemthing about it. they are not harmless. they damage roots. if the substrate you buy consistently comes with this infestation, use bti preemptively to avoid it in future. places that store substrate outside often pass along this bundle of joy.

Fungus Nats. They eat dead plant matter. In lower numbers they are harmless. Yellow sticky traps, or even a small bowl with vinegar and a drop of dish soap will drown them. They can be a pain to get them all.

Mosquito 🤔🤔 😅 Fungus Gnats Fungus gnats thrive in moist soil. Let the top inch or so of soil in your pots dry out between watering Place yellow sticky traps near your plants. If the infestation is severe, consider repotting your plants with fresh soil. This will help eliminate larvae in the soil Apply pebbles on the soil surface to deter adult gnats from laying eggs 🍻

Congratulation you are having fungus gnats these little foggers are to fight in every stage yellowstickers and surface of the medium spraying with neemoilsolution predators for the soil ( nematodes) because they are laying eggs into the soil and the larvaes eating the roots of your girls and you have to keep this regimen for weeks, because on fly makes 200 new bBIES but if you do like i wrote, you can fight them in a fe weeks t and here some theretical background https://www.growweedeasy.com/?s=fungus+gnat
