When to start feeding nutrients

My greens are 10 days old now since they pop up from the soil.
Dr. Lemon is now 9.5cm tall, and Hasty & tasty is 6.5cm.
My knowledge is should start feeding them nutrients in their third week. I would like to ask for advice when should I really start feeding them nutrients?

Week 3 is a good time to start them on nutes but introduce them gradually - 1/4 strength at first, then up to 1/2 strength and finally up to full... Monitor them carefully, though! I did this with 2 grows I'm doing now (Glueberry Auto and Lemon Auto) and nobody liked the nutes at first... it was TERRIBLY apparent - so I had to do a flush and start over with my feeding program... Each plant, each strain is a little different and they will tell you how you're doing - just pay attention to what they're saying!

Should I switch to well water?I use tap water. For our normal flower/vegetable garden we use well water. I measured the EC/PPM of both.
Tap: 0.5 mS/cm (=320 ppm), we live in an area with soft tapwater according to Water Agency (11°F-13°F max)

Did I give too much fertilizer??So I decided to add in some soluble fertilizers. I gave it a 1/4 tsp (50% of recommended dosage) a couple days ago and noticed some yellowing of new growth on the bud sites. Is this a sign of excess potassium and phosphorus? I gave it Fox Farm Open Sesame (5-45-19).

Calmag overdoseI was stoned and accidentally added way too much calmag to my distilled water when watering yesterday. I meant to add 2 ml into a gallon but instead added 20 ml. I poured 3 gallons of Distilled water through today trying to dilute. Am I screwed now? Is my plant going to die?Week 4

Feeding right after repotting (coco coir).After repotting an auto flowering plant I get runoff EC of 800, while feeding water has EC 1200.
I guess EC gets diluted (biggest part of coco coir is new).
Should I increase EC of the feeding water?

Week 4 plants were fed week 5 nutesI'm supposed to be feeding my plants week 4 nutrients for Fox Farm Trio Soil, but I gave week 5 nutrients instead for the 1st feeding.
