DWC baskets

I'd be tempted to make some of the slits a little bigger. Last Dwc I did which was a while ago had some fairly thick roots that I doubt would fit between the slits in your basket. You could give it a try and see if it does the job well enough.

So… good enough or not?

I would open up a lot more holes. Some roots get pretty thick toward end. Your plants will thank you in the long run. 🌱👍🏻

DWC is my wheel house brutha! That container will be ok, though i would like to see the side slits a tad bit wider. Only because clones tend to have big main cables that come off the immediate root structure. They can get almost as thick as the stalk on a 30 day old vegging plant. In any case, your plants will adapt. But me i would use net pots that have a bit more space to allow those big root trucks to grow without limits. Roots are like rats. If there is a way in or out, they WILL find it. Whatever you are using as a DWC container make sure to keep the water level about 1 inch from the bottom of the pots. And be warned that the plants will drink a lit and the nutrients can get concentrated if water evaporates faster than your nutrients get absorbed. Best to keep a additional reservoir and have a float valve to that your main body of nutrients has the ability to stay topped up.

Just seen the other answer after my post, yeah you could probably modify it slightly. Don't pick my answer either I'm not interested in gotm competition.

I haven't done dwc for a while but I'd say them slits probably would be to small.

can always drill some holes here or there if you want. if not agitating the pot, shouldn't cause damage to roots, either way. please, do not vot for me. autoflowers suck. lol. FYI, If there is no diary attached to the question, it isn't relevant to the competition. but seriously, in future if you want more people to read the question, attach a diary.. only for the extra eyes, if it is a difficult question or you want a wider variety of opinions.
