Looks like multiple factors are impacting your plant. On the first leaf on the left I am seeing white powdery mildew spots, additionally those insect eggs are worrying. I'd recommend removing the plant from the garden to prevent cross contamination. Otherwise I would spray your additional plants with neem oil.

Addressing small insects quickly and effectively?Dealing with tiny insects indoors. I went with the most easily available option to me (Triple Action Neem Oil by Southern Ag) and it works really well in my vegetable garden. If this doesn't seem to work, what are some other options I should use? Vegetative stage.

Help! She is just 1 weeks old Does neem oil help spider mites and fungus gnats on soil? Any other suggestions?Hello! our 1 week old autoflower got already some spider mites I guess (small yellow spinning creatures) and fungus gnats.
