You got white pistols I would leave it. Some strains have 2 and 3 rounds of white pistols. After the second it really packs the weight as they really swell! The only way to know is by the desired effect you want. But a ten dollar 60x magnification loop and look at the thrichomes... Cut when all are cloudy if you want a head high uplifting effect. Cut when 30-40% are amber orange color if you want a body stoned effect Cut when 10-15% are amber orange and the rest are cloudy for a good middle of the ground head and body high. If you don't have jewlers loop use your phone cameras. If that don't work just harvest when all hairs have turned orange red or brown and have curled inwards.
