Is my plant starting to flower? I have it on a 20/4 light cycle, I thought I would have to switch it to 12/12 in order for it to flower. Am I doing something wrong?

It appears as though it is starting to flower. The light cycle does not always affect the flowering period. In the case of auto-flowering plants it is more of a time release situation in which the plant typically grows for at least 4 weeks and then will make the switch to flower on its own. Auto flowers occur when an Indica or sativa plant are mixed/bred with a ruderalis Plant. The ruderalis breed doesn’t flower based on the light cycle but by how old the plant itself is. partial harvest? higher buds almost ready, lower buds not ready. when to harvest first buds?the"highter buds" seem already quite finished, brown pistils and very milky trichomes. i want a energetic high so milky trichomes, but they are very small, so i want to let them grow as possible. how long can i wait until they turn amber? will they grow more? and partial harvest?

Thoughts on reducing temp and humidity in this dry tent?I dry my bud in one of these HerbDryers that has an extractor fan. Because the surrounding air is still at 27 degrees celsius and RH at 67%, those values are the same inside the HerbDryer.
Any thoughts on how I might reduce the temp and RH inexpensively?
