Guys I'm having problems with white tiny flies. They have invaded my garden, please how can I get rid of them?

Yellow sticky strips work on catching many. If you get your vacuum near the substrate and run your fingers through, stirring up the flies, you can suck in the ones trying to take off.

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))

Slow growth on this one seedling we can't yet call it a plant imo especially in comparison to her sisters. Is it saveable?Can someone give some advice please.
