That's 100% a male pal. I'd let it grow out so you can harvest some pollen if you don't have any fems close. But, if you do you'd want to get rid of that before them sacs burst. Which they haven't yet. So just be careful when removing. Any fans give a wipe down with bleach and the sides it touched. As any pollen that came off can last weeks.

Male. Some sacks are breaking. Polinate all and create mamy seeds and a bit of weed or get rid asap and have good potency unseeded weed from other plants.
