Help what’s going droopy and really bushy underneaths it’s auto thou so ?

Droopy leafs little yellow on some. Really bushy underneath had to cut some fan leafs. Idk what’s going on I had to treat with captain jacks neem oil for invaders. Maybe underwatered ? Or just lack of light cause the big fan leafs ?

3 days in, only cotydelons with no sign of the first true leaves. Have you seen this and has it recovered?This plant was stunted at the start after he couldn't get his hat off, but now looks pretty healthy however it's been 3 days of just cotydelons and absolutely no sign of the first true leaves. Have you had this before and did it recover to eventually grow true leaves?

3rd week veg complete but still so small. What am I doing wrong?What am I doing wrong here? End of week three and she's still so small. These genetics should be going into preflower based on other grows. Didn't use any nutes except first watering with Cal-mag. Just PH'd water and ffof. I want to correct before starting again. Extremely slow growth. Im near week 2.
Water is Ph to 6 to 6.5 as I'm growing in coco, now using very light nutes to PPM 180. It's cold down here, so only using extraction once every hr. Heater in tent is set to 21c. I'm guessing could be my specific nute blend, PH or medium.Week 1

I tried to water her without fertilizer, with only calmag or amino acids and than with same feed as the other ones..
What do u think?
I never had so many problems at the same time ( yellow, burned, brown, curled down ect )
But the black leaves looks good.
