Help what’s going droopy and really bushy underneaths it’s auto thou so ?

Droopy leafs little yellow on some. Really bushy underneath had to cut some fan leafs. Idk what’s going on I had to treat with captain jacks neem oil for invaders. Maybe underwatered ? Or just lack of light cause the big fan leafs ?

What to do with a plant with no leaves, just buds...?Sherbet, aka Miss Crispy now has zero fan leaves. Water uptake has almost completely stopped.
