First off, you look to be doing okay. Plenty of us on GrowDiaries learning! Its unclear how often you are bringing the plant outside, where outside (how much sun), the intensity/climate, etc. A 24Watt light at 1.57 inches will not produce the yield you are looking for. If you are concerned about rate of growth I am suggesting more energy - a more intense light or six solid hours of direct sunlight a day, everyday at minimum.

Lots of times they are working on their root growth so you don't see much on the top but the bottom inside the soil is still doing her thing. Be Patient. It will come.

you're not that slow at all ! basically you're actually picture perfect but what you cant see is where the party is happening, that's the root zone which is where all the energy and work is happening. I wouldnt raise the temp or lower the humidity at all. dont do it. the root zone temperature is spot on, and the solution temperature also. what might have happened, is what happened to me too which is your first watering maybe you over watered and it compacted the soil a bit... you can till it some to get some air in there if you're brave enough ... other than that, just be patient it will come up and start making nodes. hope this helps ! 🚀

Hey, so sometimes having the baby plants in a large pot can slow things down temporarily. Possibly do some area specific watering versus the whole pot. Otherwise their small roots will use the oxygen up to quick and just sit in moist soil.✌️

I dont think I would be to to worried about the rate of growth you have here . You seem to be on track . The only thing that I can suggest here is that when you start plants its important not to plant them in a 5 gallon pot (example) right away . You want the starting pot to be smaller to the roots build themselves a solid little foundation before you transplant it into its final home . I find the bigger the pot you put them in right away the slower the root system grows unless you have root stimulants like voodoo juice or root builder (examples) . You may also want to consider raising your plant to the light a bit or lowering your light closer to the plant which ever will be easier for you to do . This will help ensure your plant gets all the photons it can handle and turn all that energy into growth :). Over all your on track and I would say you will get some rapid growth soon . I hope this information helps you understand a bit better about how a plant grows and develops its root system . - Happy Growing!

Hi Andrea welcome to Gd and your first grow.Your plant is building roots atm, that may look like she slows down , but its very regular, and the plant looks good. The " quick one" was one of the first very fast automatic a few years ago. Nowadays other very fast strains were developed. Wait until week 3 and she will grow very fast.

If you can increase the temperature above 23°C (73°F), the growth rate will be much better. Second, be sure not to be over watering, which is a very usual mistake than makes the growth slows down to a crawl; a cup of water should last you 5 to 7 days, before watering again at this stage. Third, try putting the seedling closer to the light. Fourth, related to watering, next time start in solo cups, since you started in 7 liter pots, you most likely are giving it too much water.

It's growing so slowly because you have a crappy light. Seedlings don't need a ton of light but should have at least double what you have right now. I wouldn't say they grow a node a week. The 1st week is very slow as the plant is establishing its roots. Week 2 on my first grow I had 3 nodes by the end of it. My current grow was much bigger at the end of week 2 and were starting on their 4th nodes. I do grow in coco coir which is a bit faster growing than soil but I would have expected at least 2 full nodes by the end of the 2nd week and would be expecting 2 more nodes by the end of weeks 3. My seedlings get about 100w of high efficiency led lighting during their first couple weeks then I increase it a bit every week until I hit my lights max of 320w. I also wouldn't have transplanted so soon. It stresses the plant out and if its root system isn't big enough it will take a while for it to recover. Generally, I don't transplant until the plant's leaves are growing past the edges of the pot. Also when a plant is in a pot that's too large it makes it too easy to overwater as the plant can't drink the water very fast. Lastly, look into cloth pots or air pots. Those types of pots dry out faster and provide more oxygen which helps a lot with overwatering. If you wanna go cheap and disposable get cheap cloth pots off amazon. If you want something that will last and is easier to transplant out of then grab air pots from your local hydro store if you can. They are just too expensive off amazon imo.

It isn’t slow ... it’s Cannabis and not a magic beans.... when everything goes right, which is your case, it makes 1 node per week approximately when growing in soil .
