its my first grow is this mold? im constantly at around 40-45% humidity no signs of mold on plant itself just at the top of the medium
its biobizz if its somehow relevant
and if its mold what can i do?

could be dried salts/minerals from the fertilizer or hard water.
Molds tent to be more fuzzy but also they are present in the grow and will be everywhere. watering less frequently and when its needed is how you control the spread.
If it bothers you spray a bit of peroxide on it, but not a lot or that will soak in and get the roots. peroxide will degrade naturally and won't leave any harmfull leftovers like bleach.

Well I messed up a little I just pulled out my sticks I was using to label my seedlings and I find this white mold on them. I removed the sticks and dirt around should I use an anti fungal thing? I already have had gnats too but treated for them. This living soil is no joke eh

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. Humidity no longer issue (was waiting 4 inline fan). If I keep pulling off leaves it's going to die anyway.

7th week flowering mold problem.
