I topped them because they didn't grow vertically and I did feel like I needed to post comments and I felt it was to few characters left in asking.

The reason why I topped them was because they weren't growing vertically and could of been rootbound because its been more than 200 days that they've been suffering from the root issues and the now defeated fungus gnats. It hard to describe in so few words.

I don’t understand why you thought removing the main growth tip would encourage growth,
You need to do some serious reading and learning because you seem to be doing things SO wrong I feel you are trolling.

Risk of bud rot with these conditions?My tent keeps bouncing between 55-65% throughout the day during mid-late flower stage. Staying between 24-26 C.
