Has anyone used a Hortilux Blue: 1000 Watt Metal Halide Grow Light through their entire grow? Are the price worth it? Color Temperature 5500K

I have never used that exact bulb. 20 years ago i did a grow from start to finish with Metal Halide. I found the buds were airy and fluffy not tight and dense. Hope that helps.

change the bulb.. Use red spectrum for flowering.. makes a dramatic difference on your return..

LED's wont shut completely offLights seem to go on a "standby mode" instead of being all the way shut when timers switch them off. Should I buy some other timers? These were brand new, cheap ones though and both the same. Lights are HLG 600 RSPEC and both did this.

Light distance for SeedlingsMy question is my 2 seeds have popped out and I am using 3- 8.5 watt 5000K LED lights to light them up. Cycle 18/6 or 12/12I dont know yet if do a 18/6 of floration or 12/12.
The my idea is to do 8 weeks no more. I dont have time.. then maybe is better keep the 18/6 of cycle and change just the led in lamp led floration?
The first plant has been moved in the soil the 25/2 with 6mm of root

Should I switch to 12/12 lighting? - Autoflowers not showing pistils after 5 weeksGrowing five plants (germinated Sept 8) including 3 Anvil and 2 BlackStrap autoflower strains from Mandalorian Genetics. The BlackStraps have been showing pistils since about end of week 3. No Anvil plants are showing pistils. Should I switch the lighting schedule to 12/12?

Hitzeproblem war wieder da... naja jetzt musste ich die Lampe 40cm höher hängen einfach neue Stangen und das Zelt höher gemacht. Ich hoffe es ist nicht schlimm für die Damen. Aber es ging nicht anders die Temperatur am höchsten Punkt der Pflanze war stellenweise 33Grad
