What could this be, and how can I treat it? Been very Humid the past 3 Weeks. Rainfall increased too in South Germany. Treated it with Neem Oel. I think/hope it stopped spreading. Been observing it for a week now and always treating it with a very thin mixture of Neem Oel.

Hi! You have a fungus my friend. This shows usually in wet humid weather. Blowing fans on them or moving them to a dry location will help. In my experience, fungus infestations are difficult to cure. Lowering the humidity - significantly - to under 60, preferably 40, is needed. This is difficult to achieve outdoors. Cut the fungus leaves out to prevent the spread, get some airflow and get them in a dry environment at night. Best of luck in your grow.

Hello Vampyre, This is definitely not a deficiency. So it could be pest damage or some kind of fungal. My advice is to cut the damaged leaves of and study them under a microscope to see if it is pest or fungal. And then solve this problem. Happy Growing Buddy! 💚
