I train or lst my plants once a day from the time they pop moveing your little seedling back and forth will make mainstem harden faster, then you move to the branches you bend gently one way and move the fan the other way, this is to get branches into the light as flower grows on branches not fans, this is called leaf tucking, if your plant is stacking up on itself you can prune off the set of fans most plants wont mind it however it may slow your plant for a few days.

Yes, we never remove tension! We're training her! She shouldn't stretch in height but thicken her trunk and branches! She should be strong and short, unlike her sisters who haven't been trained! 👌

Every week, pick a day, and one or two days before the bend, don't water it, watch its firmness! The more water in its walls, the higher the chance of breaking it during the bend! Do this with preparation, without water a day or two before the operation! 👌
Try to direct their tops to a horizontal plane, bend them to the edge of the pot, while the future branches coming from the bottom up will be directed to opposite sides of the pot! 👌

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?

Cracked branch.I was LST last night i cracked on of the main branches. It cracked at the base. It was only a small one it still could hold its own weight. But I tapes it up and staked it. My question is will it stress it out? I'm almost in week 6. I'd the plant gonna stop growing to heal?Week 5

Rate my LSTThird round of topping.
Trying to bend the branches in the usual way so "pulling down", the "Y split" in the topping sites always break/open.
So I'm trying this way with ropes and engraved sticks to PUSH the branches away from the inside.
What do you think? Alternatives?

Need tips/help with very very bushy plantPotted for almost 6 weeks, grows super super bushy (already has 12 branches (6 nodes?), branches are so short that I can't even LST them.
