If it's the only leaf, this isn't a problem since the plant looks healthy overall. However, to strengthen the plant and encourage branching, you can defoliate and lollipop it.

It’s looking like the start of a calcium deficiency. If you have not been providing the plant any additional calcium thus far, it’s likely your issue.
Your best bet would be to give it a dose of Calcium in your next feed/water and see if the issue stops developing on more leaves.

Brown spot on leavesI'm experincing a bad situation. Leaves are becoming brown in the margins and I can't understant exactly the cause. Probably there are more causes, some phosphorus deficiency caused by low temperature but I'm not sure that's the only diagnosis.

First time DWC, day 70, 3 weeks in flower. Nasty rusty spots appear on lower leaves. Is this CalMag or else? Please help understand and fix, thank you :)I'm using TA Tripart, current EC is 1.6 - ph 5.5-6.5. Everything was smooth until week 10. Possible manganese deficiency?I fixed some previous issues and have not been feeding my plants. They are in peat and worm castings and pearlite. About 6.6ph soil, watering with 6.5-6.6 water. I am going to water with nutrients again to see if that helps just want to hear another opinion.
