When it starts on the margins, high chance it is k-related.
Your light is also a powerful series. The "FC" models are no joke. 25% at a less than a foot may be too much.. but would need to see more to be certain. Too much light can cause paling such in leaves cannibalizing themselves trying to keep up with photons of PAR. If the distance between growth nodes remain vry short, this could be contributing. If the nodes continue to spread out in a healthy way, then this is not a problem
just in case -- good watering habits entail getting entire volume wet and a little runoff ensures that -- if soilless, you want 10% minimum runoff waste water. Wait for top 1" and repeat. Stick to those habits. (if coco coir, you repeat slightly sooner than 1" deep being dry as it does not hold as much water per volume as soils or a sphagnum peat moss-base) You can increase frequency later on after a root mass is well developed and only if the rate of drinking allows for it. You still need some minimum dryback before irrigating again, if you try that technique in future.
if your watering habits differe, fix those first... then adjust fertilization formula if that doesn't fix what you see. you need to slowly amp up fertilization when working with soil as the pre-charge in the soil gets used up. take notes about what you had to add at various points and if you use the same products, you can proactively make these adjustments before you see problems.
