Howdy homie.
Take a good look at the PAR/PPFD chart that comes with the light. Generally, seedlings like 100-300 µMol, veg is 400-600, and flower is up to 1000 µMol.
Personally I just set the hanging height to anywhere between 30-36 inches above the seedling at 100% intensity and just let the plant stretch up into the light. If I find that I need to adjust the light after the plant has finished its flower stretch, I'll do that.

Not especially experience with Lumatec, but with LED generally. Dim it down to 50% or 30% and hang it 30 cm above the seedlings. This is okay, for the first 3 weeks. Then you dim it up to 80% until week 10. After week 10 it is 100%. 30 inches would be 80 cm, which is too much. Give a little bit of nutrients in the second week. Happy growing!

She has trichs, looks super light yellow (see pics). My question is, wouldn't this be desirable? Less chlorophyll to wait on before smoking? Don’t have any problems with temp/humidity inside tent.

Leaves "praying" after lowering the lampI am in week 4th of flowering Laughing Buddha, 220W LED ~60cm from tops. Today I have lowered the lamp and the leaves started "praying", on one (higher) plant the other, mostly-indica Holy Punch seems unaffected.
