When to put the light on?

Hey there,
Do you need to put the light on the pots directly after you planted the seeds in the ground? Or do you need to wait untill they poke true the ground and then put the light on them?

Plant can't absorb light till leaves open. But I leave the lights on anyway because I don't mind paying my electricity bill.

Tent too hot?I added two blurple lights - I'm not sure how much they're helping growth but they are definitely making the tent hotter - about 5 degrees F. I have a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent and at top over the lights but I'm worried that it might be too hot. Should I ditch them?Week 3

Como regular el calor en el armarioTengo un armario 1x1 con una bombilla a 400w, está ha unos 50cm de la planta y su temp va de los 25ºc a 30ºc mientras la bombilla está encendida, luego en la floración la pasaré a 600w como puedo regular la temp para que no sea tan alta y que distancia debería tener de la planta?Other.
