It is under a Spiderfarmer 1000 quantum board (100ish wats) and about 20'' from the plant. The temp is around 80 and humidity 40-50. Is this normal?

Help! Overwatering in Aero/Hydro??HI all,
I am having the pictured issue with one of my AK fast bud auto seedlings, stunted growth also as its 10 days into the grow. It’s in Aero/hydro RDWC 2min on 2min off sprinklers. 200 ppm. PH perfect. Water temp 18-22c. 3 bubblers in tank plus 1 in res. Anyone have any idea?
