OK so I would definitely start actually watering the the full plant as with just spraying the roots won't be getting the water they need and that could be the reason they are not growing as quick but other than being dry she looks healthy and you are giving her everything else she needs atm so give her a nice drink I know you are worried about over watering but the roots need water and healthy roots make healthy plants and hopefully she will start coming along The medium should be kept damp I hope that helps and your grow is successful 🙏

@wake_n_bake73 I have not upload the diary yet as I failed too many times on seedling stage... and this one is planted indoor with a 40cm x 40cm small grow room. LED lighting 600W, light to plant distance is approx 15 inches. I only use spray to water them every day to make sure it would not be overwatering. A small fan attached indoor for air circulation, sometime I will add a fan outside the tent (3 ft away) for reducing the temperature, I am not sure if it's the reason to cause windburn (or other issues) . As I am living in southern east Asia area, the temperature range is 27C - 30C in average. I am not sure which part I made mistake... I killed 5 seeds already and this one seems the only one can grow properly :(

I can't see a diary are you growing outside or inside?? I would say firstly she looks like she is a bit dry how often are you watering and stretching what light are you using or are you putting her outside?? How much light is she getting? I know it seems like I have answered your question with loads more questions but if you can give a little more info about your grow it will help 🙏
