Harvest all or partial?

I like a stggered harvest when i've run into a context where the top colas got a bit too much light and ripened at a much faster rate. Otherwise, i don't see a big enough difference in the buds to warrant it. You don't gain any weight worth mentioning, but if the trichomes are too far behind, there's value in letting it ripen longer. Whether there's enough value is up to you.
