Propably a plethora of things, if you grow on soil using biobizz, likely calmag combined with light burn. Without checking your runoff, there is maybe a nutrient buildup locking nutrient uptake aswell. If you can exclude over watering (wet soil for longer periods) and a calmag deficiency (pH over 7 blocks calmag uptake aswell as biobizz nutrients, that need extra calmag added) you are either stuck with nutrient buildup in the soil from overfeeding and/or light stress. That beeing said, we need more info on what's happend so far to help you out

Dreadfully bad pictures.........but seems to look like burning from nitrogen toxicity or nutrient salt build up to me, not a cal/mag issue. But without a diary or better, clear, close up pictures taken in normal light and showing the exact issues, any answers are just "best guesses".

I suggest looking at your runoff numbers before adjusting your nutrients. Could very well be salt buildup in your media and going stronger will just compound the problem.
